At the "Industrial Exchange Fair 2023" held at Tokyo Big Sight from November 20 to 22, 2023, we introduced three initiatives for buildings, condominiums, construction Sites, etc., as solutions we have developed • and are providing DX. We report including the demonstrations conducted at our booth.
Exhibited at "Industrial Exchange Fair 2023"
The Industrial Exchange Fair is one of Japan's largest comprehensive trade shows, displaying excellent technologies and products from unique small and medium-sized enterprises in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo's economic organizations, it has been held as a hybrid of online and physical exhibitions since 2021. (Online exhibition: November 6-29)
At this year's "Industrial Exchange Fair 2023", special themes " DX •GX", "Crisis Management", and "Startups" were added to the traditional four fields "Information", "Environment", "Medical • Welfare", and "Machinery • Metal", with over 600 companies exhibiting from Japan and abroad. We conducted exhibitions and demonstrations at the physical exhibition in the Startup Zone.
"Solutions to Realize a Society Kind to People and the Planet DX"
We develop • and provide solutions DX to realize a society kind to people and the planet. We specialize in systems that seamlessly connect and centrally manage various devices using IoT and AI technologies, and this time we exhibited and demonstrated three initiatives for buildings, condominiums, construction Sites, etc.
Smart Intercom • Solution
In the Smart Intercom • Solution exhibition, we introduced a cutting-edge intercom system for condominiums. It is a next-generation service that incorporates abundant convenient, secure • and safe features for property residents through the use of smartphone apps and cloud services.
This service utilizes a dedicated app installed on residents' smartphones. By linking smartphones with electric locks • and the cloud, it enables communication with visitors, remote unlocking, automated template responses, and automated delivery box operations. At the booth, we conducted demonstrations where visitors could experience these features, allowing them to actually interact with the system and see how smoothly it operates.
Building Management System
As a Building Management System, we introduced a building • facility solution designed for the net-zero (*) era. This system supports energy optimization through automatic control, controlling various smart devices from smartphones or the web, and performing control through automation functions. In the demonstration, visitors experienced the automatic control in action.

Sensing Unit for Factories • Construction Sites
This unit is a product that integrates noise meters, vibration meters, and IoT gateways used in factories and construction Sites into a waterproof and dustproof box. It transmits • and records measurement data in real-time to cloud servers via the IoT gateway's mobile network. With an internet connection, measurement data can be accessed anytime from anywhere, enabling remote noise • vibration monitoring and effective data utilization.
This time, we installed the actual unit in the booth and displayed actual measurement data from the noise meter on a monitor. As a unit that can be customized for various sensors, it attracted broad interest from visitors, particularly those in manufacturing and construction industries.
