From September 3 to 5, 2025, we exhibited a data transfer IoT platform " RxT " born from joint research between our company and the University of Tokyo Information Technology Center at " JASIS 2025 ", the cutting-edge scientific • analysis system & solution exhibition held at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall.
Exhibiting at Asia's largest chemical • analysis exhibition
JASIS is a cutting-edge scientific • analysis system & solution exhibition where analytical instrument and scientific equipment manufacturers gather. As a comprehensive exhibition covering everything from input to output of various analytical • measurements, it is one of Asia's largest exhibitions related to analytical • measurement, alongside analytica and Pittcon. This event featured approximately 430 exhibiting companies and attracted about 20,000 visitors from various fields, primarily researchers, engineers, and practitioners.
We exhibited the data transfer IoT platform RxT at the booth of AS ONE Corporation (President & CEO: Takashi Iuchi, Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture). Visitors experienced a demonstration of data transfer using RxT and Windows XP.
RxT: Fast and secure data transfer from laboratory equipment to the cloud
RxT is a data transfer IoT platform born from joint research between our company and the University of Tokyo Information Technology Center. It excels at transferring data from laboratory equipment used without network connection. Connected via USB to a PC linked to laboratory equipment, it transfers equipment data directly to the cloud quickly and securely. It has received high praise for combining the accuracy • robustness • and security required in research Sites.
Traditionally, most laboratory equipment such as electron microscopes were not connected to networks, requiring data extraction via USB memory or DVD and subsequent transfer to another PC. RxT dramatically reduces work hours by enabling direct data transfer to the cloud. It is an innovative platform that improves research efficiency while leveraging existing environments.
The device continues to evolve based on the current model RxT-01, with development underway for the next-generation RxT-02 with 10x communication speed and RxT-SS, which enables secure data transfer between computers in non-network environments.
Exhibition highlights and response
At this booth, we demonstrated data transfer using the actual RxT-01 device and Windows XP, showcasing the data transfer flow and ease of operation. Many booth visitors operate experimental • analytical equipment in non-network environments, matching RxT's target audience, resulting in significant interest in RxT, which balances security and convenience.
Visitors expressed comments such as " we definitely want to use this with our equipment " and " when will it be available for sale ", making this a rewarding exhibition. Going forward, we will incorporate the valuable feedback received and continue our efforts to contribute to improved research efficiency at more facilities and installations.
