Haudi, Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Futa Asada; hereinafter " Haudi "), aiming to realize a society that is kind to people and the planet, has established " Haudi, Inc. • Teracom " (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Futa Asada; hereinafter " Haudi • Teracom "), a company specializing in offshore development, together with Vietnamese software development company TERACOM., JSC (Headquarters: Hanoi, Vietnam •; CEO: Do Khac Duyet; hereinafter "Teracom").
Haudi • Teracom will be led by Futa Asada, President of Haudi, as President and CEO; Doan Quoc Dat, Director of Teracom, as Vice President; Kazunori Asada, Chairman of Haudi, as Chairman of the Board; and Do Khac Duyet, CEO of Teracom, and Kentaro Shimizu, formerly of IBM • and currently of SIGMAXYZ, as Directors. Eriko Uematsu of the Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology at the University of Tokyo will serve as Advisor. The headquarters will be located in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, where Haudi is based.
