TOWA House is a model home operated by Tsuchiya Home Topia Co., Ltd., a Hokkaido-based remodeling company. Through Tsuchiya Home Topia's renovation technology and Haudi's smart home technology, a 50-year-old house was reborn as Japan's most advanced residence.
The house features over 50 smart devices in total, which can be controlled by Haudi's smart home system Familia. In addition to app control, it supports voice control via smart speakers and automation (= automatic control).
