Haudi, Inc. (hereinafter Haudi, President and CEO: 浅田 風太, Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) and ZenmuTech Inc. (hereinafter ZenmuTech, President and CEO: Yasuhisa Abe, Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Securities Code: 338A) will exhibit a PoC (Proof of Concept) deliverable as a result of their collaboration, incorporating ZenmuTech's secret sharing technology into Haudi's data transfer IoT device "RxT-01", at "JASIS2025" to be held at Makuhari Messe from Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
Going forward, we will collect • reflect market reactions and user feedback to advance early commercialization.
Overview
Many experimental instruments and research equipment have restricted network connectivity for security reasons, and physical transport via USB memory or DVD has traditionally been the mainstream method. However, this method is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and poses challenges such as information leakage risks and reduced work efficiency. In this PoC, by introducing ZenmuTech's secret sharing technology into "RxT-01" developed by Haudi, we verified that data can be divided • rendered meaningless, ensuring high security during transport • storage. As a result, we demonstrated the potential for safe and efficient data transport.
As a result of this achievement, we will exhibit Haudi's "RxT-01" at "JASIS2025" in the AS ONE Corporation booth (Booth No: 8A-705).

About "RxT-01"
"RxT-01" is an IoT device born from joint research between Haudi and the Information Technology Center at the University of Tokyo, enabling high-speed • large-capacity data transfer in network-disconnected environments. With its secure structure and diverse connectivity, it serves as a USB memory alternative, enabling efficient export and management of highly confidential research data.
About Secret Sharing Technology "ZENMU-AONT"
Secret sharing technology is a method that divides data into "distributed fragments that are meaningless on their own" and manages each in different environments to enhance data security.
ZenmuTech develops • sells its own products, including ZENMU Engine, which provides ZENMU-AONT secret sharing technology as an SDK, and "ZENMU Virtual Drive", which prevents information leakage from PCs, and is used by many companies.
